The part wouldn't be available until the next Monday, but by 10:30 Monday ...morning, everything was fixed and working fine. I will definitely use again. I called Evenaire over the weekend (it was 30 degrees) because my heater stopped working. Within 1 hour of me calling a technician was already here at my house, and less than an hour later my house was nice and warm again! They came within a few hours and tightened up a loose electrical connection in just a few minutes. They also recorded the model/ser number of the unit, so that if it happened again, a new electrical control board could be ordered. They were polite & professional, and took reasonable corrective action and I appreciate that! I am sticking with Evenaire for when something goes wrong, and will also take advantage of their seasonal "system check" offers so maybe things will not go wrong anymore - thanks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fast Courteous Service By Jack - Sep 9, 2009 My compressor stopped spinning, for the 2nd time this summer. i called Evenaire on a friend's recommendation. They came within an hour and the Evenaire tech told me that the capacitor that was replaced this earlier in the summer was of very low quality. He then put in a new better quality capacitor at half the cost of the previous company.
